Where does this role fit into the bigger picture The PHP + WordPress Web Developer will report to Web Engineer and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, responsive, and automated web solutions. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless integration of Microsoft Power Automate and user-centered designs in all our web projects.

Web Developer As a PHP + WordPress Web Developer within the Marcom team, you will have a passion for developing, maintaining & enhancing websites, to ensure websites meet high standards of quality, scalability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Web Development
• You will design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• You will work with WordPress multisite and Elementor page builder to ensure the performance and responsiveness of the websites.
• You will customize and create WordPress plugins where needed.
• You will ensure websites meet high standards of quality, scalability, and efficiency.

Power Automate Integration
• You will design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• You will integrate Power Automate with existing web applications to streamline business processes and improve overall efficiency.
• You will troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to automation workflows.

UI/UX Design
• You will design and implement UI/UX elements that enhance user experience.
• You will conduct user research and testing to improve website usability.
• You will stay updated on UI/UX trends and ensure the application of best practices in all designs.

Collaboration & Communication:
• You will collaborate with content managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• You will participate in team meetings, code reviews, and development discussions.
