We are enhancing our Backend Team and looking for great Engineers with an interest in trading to join our Team! Our Engineering team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the robustness, speed, and security of our Product. Experience & Domain Knowledge:

Experience working in a product-led, fast-paced environment: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in a dynamic environment

3+ years of professional PHP development experience: Extensive experience with PHP, Laravel, and backend development technologies

In-depth experience developing and maintaining scalable, secure backend applications: Proficient in creating APIs, handling authentication, managing database interactions, and integrating third-party services

Ability to ensure clear documentation of created/modified functionality to enable team collaboration and knowledge transfer

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel framework

Experience with RESTful APIs and API integrations

Proficiency in SQL, with a strong understanding of database design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)

Experience with CI/CD tools and testing frameworks to support an automated development lifecycle

Soft Skills:

Communication: Effective communication skills, especially with teams responsible for security, operations, and product

Analytical thinking: Ability to tackle and investigate complicated problems and convert them to the task

Adaptability to Rapid Changes: Demonstrated capability to adjust to quick technological shifts and evolving business requirements

Ownership and Accountability: Readiness to take ownership of tasks, and issues as well as demonstrate accountability for the results and outcome

Nice to have:

Experience with Docker and containerization for development and deployment

Familiarity with microservices architecture and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)

Experience with performance optimization and security best practices

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying applications and services

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
