Ciklum is looking for an Expert Product (UX/UI) Designer to join our team full-time in Dubai. We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. About the role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Expert Product (UX/UI) Designer to join our dynamic and innovative Customer Experience (CX) team in UAE. As a key member of our creative and collaborative team, the ideal candidate will be open-minded, highly experienced, and proactive in engaging directly with front-line sales efforts. This role is pivotal in transforming opportunities into successful projects. As an Expert Product (UI/UX) Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing our clients' current strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills and a passion for creating stunning and user-oriented products.

Our client is a technology business that runs large-scale transformation engagements across various verticals, including the public sector. You will be part of a key initiative to modernize a nationwide government platform through comprehensive digital transformation. By leveraging advanced web portals, mobile applications, CRM systems, predictive analytics, and AI, our dynamic team aims to enhance and streamline core services for government officials, the legal ecosystem, and citizens. Our primary focus is on ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and adherence to rigorous performance and security standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement CX strategies to increase efficiency and revenue
Deeply analyse customers and business problems to identify the pain points
Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to problems
Oversee project management, ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines
Strategically think of the product from high level to connect the missing dots
Present your design work and articulate your design decisions
Update the acceptance criteria and define the logic to your work
Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release
Partner with the owners to develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy for our clients, ensuring all designs align with brand goals and target markets
Work closely with highly talented User Researchers, Product Designers, Product Managers, Business Analysts and Lead Developers
Work holistically across multiple platforms to solve problems
Manage design workflow, ensuring projects are completed on time and budget
Oversee the use of design assets and manage digital asset libraries
Above all, be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all around the world

Requirements

Masters or Bachelors degree in Design (UI/UX/Digital Design) or equivalent
At least 8+ years of professional experience in B2B/SaaS and B2C in the digital industry
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Expert Product Designer
Proven experience in C-level stakeholder management and leading remote design teams
Have strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI with deep understanding of methodologies including user research, prototyping, and usability testing
Proficiency in Figma, MIRO, Maze, Dovetail, and data analytic tools
Strong understanding and experience with design systems, ensuring design consistency and scalability
Ability to transform wireframes into high-fidelity screens that convey the desired user experience
Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers
Strong market dynamics understanding and strategic positioning skills for company products and services
Deep knowledge of digital product design
Experienced workshop facilitator with excellent project management skills

Experience in pre-sale activities
Knowledge of front-end development technologies and frameworks to facilitate developer collaboration
