We are currently looking for a Website Developer (WordPress) with at least 4 years of agency experience to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of complex, high-traffic websites, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and product managers, to translate design concepts into fully functional websites.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using cutting-edge technologies.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to established coding standards.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with the support and operations teams as needed.
Implement and maintain secure coding practices to ensure the integrity and security of web applications.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Website Developer in WordPress, mainly focusing on wo-commerce integration.
Experienced candidates who have previous experience in WordPress from Scratch. Plugins should be customizable, theme from default, complete customization on themes, not a theme-based project.
In-depth knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
Strong proficiency in database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and experience with server-side languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, PHP).
Extensive experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams.
Solid understanding of responsive design, user experience, and accessibility principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of web security best practices.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Previous experience working on high-traffic websites or e-commerce platforms.
