Summary
Position: Lead developer with 10+ years in e-commerce, expertise in React.js, Next.js, SEO, modern frontend tech, and team leadership. Strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills.

Job Description

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 10-12 years in developing and optimizing website application for e-commerce and marketing sites.
Should have been involved in 3-4 complex project implementations.
Hands on experience on React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery-based applications.
Expertise in modern frontend technologies, performance optimization, SEO, and scalability.
Requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development skills, and the ability to mentor a team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
Proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations.
Strong knowledge of eCommerce functionalities.
Good to have Retail and Automotive domain experience.
Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Proven experience in leading a team of developers and managing e-commerce projects from concept to completion.
Knowledge of Headless architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing web application.
