Job Description:
As a Website Developer at Azco Real Estate, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our website, ensuring it is both visually appealing and user-friendly. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to implement effective solutions that enhance the user experience, drive engagement, and support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain WordPress-based websites with a focus on real estate content and user experience.
Build responsive, visually appealing, and mobile-friendly websites that reflect the brand and enhance user engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of content, tools, and applications.
Customize themes, plugins, and functionality in WordPress to meet specific business needs.
Implement UI/UX best practices to optimize user interaction and improve overall site performance.
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bugs and performance bottlenecks.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and address accessibility standards.

Regularly update and optimize website content, structure, and features.
Provide ongoing website support and maintenance, including performance optimization and security updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Website Developer, with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects.
Proficiency in WordPress design, theme customization, and plugin development.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end web technologies.
Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools.
Familiarity with responsive design techniques and mobile-first development.
Ability to create visually appealing layouts that enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other web development frameworks
