Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer Cum SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company websites as well as optimizing them for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain company websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and mobile-responsive.
Implement SEO best practices to optimize website content for search engines and improve organic search rankings.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and improvement.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console and provide recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams to ensure website content aligns with SEO strategies and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes and incorporate them into our SEO strategies and best practices.
Troubleshoot website issues and implement solutions to improve performance, usability, and security.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
Proven experience in web development and SEO optimization with a strong portfolio of websites and SEO projects.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot website issues and implement solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Previous experience in the media or advertising industry is a plus.
