Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Web Designer/Front-End Developer to join our team. This role combines design aesthetics with technical proficiency to create exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles coupled with extensive experience in frontend development technologies.

Responsibilities

Design:
Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for websites and mobile applications.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
Ensure brand consistency across all design elements.
Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize design effectiveness.

Front-End Development:
Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Build interactive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends and technologies.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional products.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Contribute to the overall product development lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills.
Extensive experience in frontend development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Vue, and Svelte.
Experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.
Knowledge of JavaScript build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm, Yarn).
Understanding of performance optimization techniques.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Points

Experience with mobile app development (iOS and Android) using frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
