Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and versatile Web Designer/Front-End Developer to join our team. This role combines design aesthetics with technical proficiency to create exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, coupled with extensive experience in front-end development technologies.

Responsibilities
Design:
- Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for websites and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design elements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize design effectiveness.

Front-End Development:
- Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build interactive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends and technologies.

Collaboration:
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional products.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Contribute to the overall product development lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills.
- Extensive experience in front-end development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Vue, and Svelte.
- Experience with CSS pre-processors like Sass or Less.
- Knowledge of JavaScript build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm, Yarn).
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Points
- Experience with mobile app development (iOS and Android) using frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
