Job Description
Charterhouse is currently working with a global financial client who is looking to hire a UX/UI Specialist/Design Lead for their Dubai branch.

About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join a well-known financial institution within the Middle East. This role will involve working on multiple projects across the business, including POC, B2B projects, and B2C projects. The UX/UI Specialist will be part of a cross-functional team with members based across the Middle East.

The design team works in a fast-paced environment, and the designers usually manage multiple projects. The team is currently working on web and mobile design projects and has significant exposure to strategic projects, in addition to working closely with the senior members of the business.

About You
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Design, Arts, Computer Science, or any related field. A minimum of 3+ years of experience and exposure to an agency background would be a bonus.

Our client is looking for a UX/UI Designer who has experience with the following tools: AdobeXD, Figma, Miro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools. The ideal candidate must be proactive and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organisational skills are required as this role will involve managing one's own projects.

Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this position. While applying for this role, candidates will need to share an up-to-date portfolio.
