Charterhouse is currently working with a global financial client who is looking to hire a UX/UI Specialist/Design Lead for their Dubai branch.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join a well-known financial institution within the Middle East. This role will involve work on multiple projects across the business from POC, B2B projects, and B2C projects. The UX/UI Specialist will be working in a cross-functional team with members based across the Middle East. The design team works in a fast-paced environment and the designers are usually managing multiple projects. The team is currently working on Web and mobile design projects and has a lot of exposure to strategic projects in addition to working closely with the senior members of the business.

About You

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree preferably in Design, Arts, Computer Science, or any related field. A minimum of 3+ years of experience and exposure to an agency background would be a bonus. Our client is looking for a UX/UI Designer who has experience with the following tools, including AdobeXD, Figma, Miro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools. The ideal candidate must be proactive and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organisational skills are required as this role will be managing own projects. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this position. While applying to this role, candidates will need to share an up-to-date portfolio.
