UX/UI Product Designer with Front End Experience

We are looking for a UX/UI Product Designer who has previous front-end experience or a desire to learn Figma, who would help us to improve the user experience of our products, ideate and shape innovative features, and contribute to our Design System. Working alongside our product owner, tech team and data analysts, you will analyze customer needs and product ideas to produce UX/UI solutions to bring our customers and company to the next level.

What you will be doing
Implement user interfaces (Front End Development), answer UI-related questions, and check the results.
Develop small changes to components and pages, leveraging your experience as a front-end engineer.
Design end-to-end product designs (web, apps, technical infrastructures, user journeys), considering both happy flow and error handling.
Design UI & visual design at a multi-level scale: from guidelines, components, templates, and micro-interactions for different products and software.
Master our proprietary Design System by ideating new components, enhancing existing ones, and documenting their usage.
Maintain Figma in the best possible condition, ensuring design operations run smoothly.

What you will bring to the table
Experience as a Frontend Engineer with the ability to make small changes to components and pages. 2+ years of experience in UX and UI-related projects, preferably in B2B contexts for SaaS.
True passion for designing beautiful, usable, and elegant user interfaces for a B2B enterprise product.
Master of Design Systems and Figma.
Excellent data visualization skills.
Deep understanding of software usability principles.
Analytical thinking to understand complex user problems and requirements.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Detail-oriented.
Critical thinking skills.
Great communicator who enjoys giving and receiving feedback.
Team-oriented, creative, and open to new ideas.
Full Stack Developer skills are a plus.
Must be located somewhere in Europe / Dubai.
