We are seeking a UX/UI Designer in Dubai (or remote) to work directly with the leadership team of LeveX to shape the platform’s user experience and create industry-leading designs that enhance usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview
As a UX/UI Designer at LeveX, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional user experiences for our cryptocurrency trading platform. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to create a seamless user journey and ensure traders have the best experience possible. Your role will be pivotal in driving user engagement, retention, and overall product adoption.

Your Mission:
Redefine the UX/UI of LeveX to create a best-in-class cryptocurrency trading experience.
Increase trader engagement by enhancing usability, visual appeal, and intuitive design.
Implement user-centered design methodologies to optimize workflows and improve feature accessibility.

Key Responsibilities
User-Centered Design: Conduct research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
Interface & Interaction Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
Design System & Branding: Establish and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency in typography, color schemes, and UI components.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of UX/UI improvements.
Data-Driven Design Decisions: Analyze user behavior, heatmaps, and analytics to make informed UX improvements.
A/B Testing & Iteration: Continuously test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Crypto-Specific UX Challenges: Optimize trading workflows, charting interfaces, and order execution screens to streamline the user experience.

Qualifications
3+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in fintech, trading, or cryptocurrency platforms.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex fintech or trading interfaces.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing methodologies.
Familiarity with crypto trading platforms, DeFi, and blockchain technologies is a strong plus.
Understanding of responsive design principles and experience working with developers to implement designs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
