Description

An organisation is searching for a UX/UI Design Lead, please see some of their job details below.

As the UX/UI Design Lead, you will be responsible for designing customer-centric products iteratively and incrementally from a solution design perspective. You will work on improving creative processes and developing innovative ideas and concepts to determine the layout of navigation and how customers should interact with it. As the ideal candidate, you will have a portfolio of design projects accessible online and at least 5 years of relevant experience in designing both e-commerce and B2B solutions. You must have experience in SaaS environments and knowledge of tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, InVision, Balsamiq, Sketch, and Flinto.

The ideal candidate should also have excellent organizational skills, be able to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and lead work from concept to completion. Experience in the Insurance/Financial Services sector is a plus, and the ability to work across geographic and cultural boundaries and to work with complex customers, involving multiple stakeholders and potential partners involved in the ecosystem is essential.

You thrive on working across a number of different clients and projects in an agile manner, have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and are fluent in English.
