Job Description
The UI/UX & Front-End Developer will be responsible for both designing user interfaces and developing front-end code for responsive web applications. The role includes creating prototypes and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. A strong focus on usability, performance, and modern design principles is essential.

Design intuitive user interfaces and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Develop interactive and responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
Collaborate with product managers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional, attractive interfaces.
Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating feedback into designs and prototypes.
Create rapid prototypes to visualize and test new ideas before development.
Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability across different platforms and devices.
Ensure consistency in the look, feel, and behavior of the interface, aligning with branding and design standards.
Implement cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility and accessibility best practices.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, front-end technologies, and prototyping tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
Advanced certifications in UI/UX Design, Front-End Development, or related technologies.

Additional Information
Experience:
Minimum: Proven experience as both a UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer.
Desired: Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong portfolio showcasing prototyping, UI/UX design, and front-end development projects.
Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
Experience with creating and testing prototypes to validate design concepts.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
