Job Description

We’re looking for a creative UI/UX Designer who loves delivering a seamless user experience through attractive digital products. This role involves conceptualising and designing intuitive, scalable user interfaces for fintech companies with a growing client base. If you can translate complex ideas into engaging, accessible designs, seek your next career challenges with us!

Your Challenges

Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that translate fresh ideas into an intuitive user experience.
Convey ideas by making sketches, diagrams, illustrations, and layouts to communicate design concepts.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core functions and features.
Gauge the usability of new and existing products and make constructive suggestions for change.
Work closely with other teams throughout the development of new products or features.

Requirements

Degree in graphic design, interaction design, multimedia, visual communication, or the equivalent in experience and training.
Extensive UI/UX experience with a portfolio showcasing your design work.
Ability to perform full-cycle UX research, including usability testing and A/B testing.
Experience in interpreting complex processes and concepts to develop intuitive solutions for user flows and usage scenarios.
Experience in creating interactive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Ability to create user-friendly and reliable screens, pages, and visual elements.
Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and other design and wire-framing software.
Ability to rapidly prototype websites and apps using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Expert knowledge of design, UI, and UX trends and techniques.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Good to have knowledge of front-end technologies.
