Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Senior Web Developer and SEO specialist with expertise in Shopify to join our team as a team leader. This role combines technical expertise in web development with a deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) to create and optimize websites that drive organic traffic and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

Web Development:
· Shopify Management: Develop, customize, and maintain our Shopify e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
· Design, develop, and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
· Collaborate with designers to translate design concepts into functional web pages.
· Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across different devices and browsers.
· Implement responsive design principles for optimal user experience.
· Develop and integrate e-commerce functionalities (if applicable).
· Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.

SEO:
· Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and phrases.
· Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for search engines.
· Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
· Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, rankings, conversions).
· Identify opportunities for SEO improvement and implement strategies accordingly.
· Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and algorithm changes.

Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Shopify Web developer and SEO specialist.
· Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend programming language (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails).
· Strong understanding of Shopify platform and its SEO capabilities.
· Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
· Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms (preferred).
· Knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Excellent attention to detail.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
