As our SEO / Wordpress specialist you are a core part of our product team at Expertlead, and work closely with our Marketing and Tech teams, as well as with our Stakeholders.
YOUR MISSION
Own our new website
Utilize market-leading tools and apps such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz to track website performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement
Create, manage, and deliver regular reports about optimization efforts and performance
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase website visibility and drive organic traffic
Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance
Drive targeted and loyal traffic to a website by community building
Collaborate with marketing to develop and integrate content marketing strategies
YOUR ASSET
At least 2 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
Experience with SEO industry programs (f.e. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
Experience with multilingual website optimization and international SEO strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.) in English, German is a plus
