Role Description: We are looking for a Senior WordPress Developer to join our in-house team and take charge of developing, customizing, and maintaining our internal websites. The role focuses on converting Figma designs into fully functional WordPress websites and integrating essential tools to enhance functionality. This position is exclusively for experienced WordPress professionals who can work independently and are ready to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect WordPress websites
Design and develop custom themes and plugins
Integrate third-party tools, including payment gateway (e.g., Stripe) and CRM solutions
Optimize websites for performance and ensure a smooth user experience
Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-specific issues
Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across major browsers
Document development processes and customizations
Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate design and functionality requirements
Plan, develop, and implement internal WordPress websites according to company needs
Independently manage all phases of WordPress projects, ensuring deadlines are met

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in WordPress development
Strong expertise in PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress frameworks
Proven experience with custom theme and plugin development
Knowledge of integrating payment gateways and CRMs in WordPress
Ability to work on-site in Dubai

Job Type: Full-time, In-house
