Summary
Seeking Senior UX/UI Designer to lead user-centric design, manage design teams, and ensure high-quality interfaces for web/mobile. Requires 5-7 years experience, design proficiency, and leadership skills.
Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric designs that elevate our products and services.

As the Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall user experience strategy and leading a team of talented designers.

Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring high-quality, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional design solutions.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on user insights and data analysis.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows.

Establish and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints.

Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve our design processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions for web and mobile applications.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience leading design projects and managing a team of designer(s).
