Position: Design and implement AI-driven systems to optimize workflows, requiring 3+ years Python experience and problem-solving skills.
Description

Client is a quantitative digital asset management firm. Design a framework for agentic transformation to revolutionize operations, tackle high-impact problems, and develop groundbreaking systems in an environment valuing creativity and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy automation tools to optimize workflows.
- Develop frameworks integrating AI and agents for process transformation.
- Implement LLMs and AI agents to reduce manual tasks and enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate with traders, engineers, and analysts to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
- Continuously refine systems for peak performance.
- Stay updated with the latest AI and automation technologies.

Who You Are:
- Total career exp: 8 yrs max
- Experience: 3+ years in Python development.
- Mindset: Proactive builder with problem-solving skills, high personal agency, and passion for innovation. Hackathon experience is a plus!

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Python for building scalable systems.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Rust, SQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, or pub-sub messaging.
- Advantageous: Experience with Aider, Cursor, Windsurf, or DSPy.
- Plus: Knowledge of LLM querying or agent swarm mechanisms.
- Highly desirable: Hands-on experience with Airflow, Prefect, or Mage.ai for pipelining and scheduling.
- Strong math background advantageous for solving complex problems.
