Description

* Architecting and developing complete e-commerce websites with secure payment gateway integration and product management systems.
* Building dynamic websites with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development.
* Developing responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Implementing and managing database structures to support website functionality and data storage.
* Troubleshooting and resolving website issues, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
* Collaborating with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality web solutions.
* Keeping up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies to implement best practices.

Requirements

* At least 5 years professional working experience in a similar capacity.
* Solid understanding of core front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their application in building interactive user interfaces.
* Demonstrable experience working with at least one popular CMS platform (ideally WordPress) for content management and website development.
* Generic understanding of back-end development principles and exposure to a server-side language such as PHP, Python, Node.js, or similar.
* Familiarity with database concepts and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
* Experience in building and integrating APIs for data exchange and third-party services.
* Understanding of responsive design principles and experience in creating websites that adapt to various screen sizes.
* A portfolio or examples of successfully launched e-commerce or dynamic websites you have developed.
* Familiarity with Sitecore (advantageous).
