About Information System
Based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.

About the Team
We are committed to creating globally products for ByteDance; to enhance efficiency and thereby reducing costs. Within our team, we focus on:

1) Building a comprehensive global Procurement system,
2) An efficient global Travel service platform for all ByteDancers.

We work towards the goal of creating a differentiated product and making an impact by exploring industry-leading practices and innovating through the integration of artificial intelligence technologies.

Responsibilities
Provide frontend service to support ByteDance global internal users. As part of the international R&D team, participate in system design, research and development, technological innovation, etc; Collaborate with product design, product management and software engineering teams to drive business success in efficiency and safety in Asia.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above;
At least 2 years of frontend software development experience;
Strong in JavaScript/HTML/CSS frontend experience;
Experienced in ReactJS/Typescript/Webpack/Monorepo;
Have solid experience in implementing web applications with high performance, high availability, and excellent user experience;
Good problem solving skills and thinking patterns in web-based system design.

Preferred Qualifications
To-B products development experience
Good at Web frontend architecting.
