Summary
Position: Develop scalable web apps, collaborate with UX/UI, optimize performance, maintain code quality, and mentor juniors. Proficiency in JS, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks needed.
Description

Responsibilities
● Develop and Implement
Design and build RWD responsive web designs and interface using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, REACTJS, (Vue/Angular), ensuring high performance and scalability.
● Collaborate Effectively
Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional applications, maintaining a keen eye for detail and user experience.
● Optimize Performance
Continuously analyze and enhance application performance and usability, ensuring quick load times and responsiveness.
● Technical Feasibility
Assess the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and make smart, quick decisions on development approaches.
● Code Quality, Mentorship and Lead
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Guide and mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge of best practices and fostering a collaborative environment. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and adapting to changing requirements and deadlines.
● Stay Updated
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively suggesting improvements to enhance our development processes.
● Flexible Approach
Flexibility in working hours and availability to accommodate team and project needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in core JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiar with Docker

Experience
Minimum 5 years

Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
