This person reports directly to the

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Minimum 5 years relevant experience in creating UX/UI wireframes and designs to meet the requirements of the stakeholders.

Ability to design into responsive and interactive web interfacing using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Knowledge of using front-end libraries like React, Angular, Bootstrap, and jQuery

Ensure the UI is compatible with various web browsers, devices, screen sizes (adaptive mode), maintaining consistency of design elements across the platforms.

Knowledge of front-end optimization like optimize page load, image optimization, minifying JavaScript and lazy loading.

Solving aptitude, Responsive, and having good Communication skills.

Experience of code-repository tools like GIT, VSS or Tortoise SVN

Proficiency in UI/UX tools such as Adobe XD or Figma.

Good command in English

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to simplify or articulate matters logically and to manage stakeholders effectively,

Highly responsive and strong team player as well as having ability to work independently,

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
