We are seeking a talented Freelance HTML Designer for a period of 6 months with a strong background in streaming and marketing to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, exceptional HTML/CSS skills, and a passion for creating engaging, user-friendly web experiences. As an HTML Designer, you will collaborate with our marketing and development teams to build and optimize web assets that drive our brand forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement HTML/CSS code for marketing campaigns, landing pages, and streaming content.
Design visually appealing, responsive web pages that align with our brand's guidelines and marketing strategies.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness of all web designs.
Work closely with marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with developers to integrate HTML designs with backend systems and functionality.
Provide design recommendations based on user experience best practices and emerging trends.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to optimize web design for better engagement and conversion rates.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to HTML/CSS coding and design.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as an HTML Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design and development skills.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, and modern web development frameworks is a plus.
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, or Figma.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
