As a Digital Marketing Specialist and Web Developer, you'll strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost online visibility and engagement. Simultaneously, you'll design, build, and maintain our website to ensure functionality, aesthetics, and security. By analyzing metrics and optimizing user experience, you'll drive growth and enhance our online presence effectively.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and brand awareness.
Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
Utilize social media platforms to engage with audiences and promote content.
Design, develop, and maintain the company website, ensuring functionality and user experience.
Implement security measures and perform regular updates to protect the website from cyber threats.
Collaborate with teams to integrate marketing strategies with website development goals.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, user experience, and conversion rates.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and web development technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

MUST BE FLUENT IN ARABIC BOTH IN READING AND WRITING. Must have an extensive vocabulary both in Arabic and English.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing & web developer or a similar role in United Arab Emirates.
Strong digital marketing skills including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery.
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and e-commerce systems.
Knowledge of back-end languages such as PHP, Python, or Node.js.
Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus.
