Blockchain Product Manager

Job Responsibilities

Blockchain Product Planning & Design
Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of blockchain-related products (e.g., wallets), from requirements gathering and system design to implementation and go-to-market strategy.
Design product architectures and functional modules aligned with blockchain technology characteristics, ensuring scalability, security, and user-centric experience.
Draft comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD), prototypes, and technical solution outlines. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Industry Research & Competitive Analysis
Stay up to date with trends in the blockchain industry, including regulatory developments and market shifts, and define product differentiation strategies accordingly.
Conduct in-depth competitor benchmarking and user behavior analysis to extract key insights and refine product strategy.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Ecosystem Development
Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and other internal teams to drive product development and iteration.
Engage with blockchain developers, node operators, communities, and other ecosystem participants to promote ecosystem growth and product adoption.

User Experience & Data-driven Optimization
Monitor on-chain metrics (e.g., transaction volume, gas fees, wallet address growth) and user feedback to continuously improve product usability and performance.

Risk Management & Compliance
Ensure product compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Assess smart contract security risks and work closely with the security team to conduct audits and reviews.

Job Requirements

Professional Experience
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including at least 1 year in the blockchain/Web3 domain.
Familiarity with major public blockchains (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, TRON) and their ecosystems.
Strong understanding of core blockchain technologies such as consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and cryptographic principles.
Experience in DeFi, NFT, or DAO product development is a strong plus.

Core Competencies
Excellent logical thinking and data analysis skills; proficient in blockchain analytics tools and interpreting on-chain data.
Skilled in product design tools (e.g., Axure, Figma) and project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Notion).
Bonus for candidates with a strong grasp of tokenomics and community governance models.

Soft Skills
High sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving blockchain environment.
Strong English reading and writing skills, with the ability to comprehend technical documentation and participate in international projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on blockchain development experience or certifications such as Certified Blockchain Professional.
Active contributor in crypto communities (e.g., Gitcoin contributor, DAO member).
