BIM Coordinator - Infrastructure (Civil 3D)
Dubai, UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will get to coordinate BIM workflows for complex infrastructure projects with a strong focus on Civil 3D deliverables and multidisciplinary collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate BIM implementation across civil infrastructure disciplines including roads, grading, drainage, and utilities.
Develop, manage, and optimize Civil 3D models, including corridor modeling, subassemblies, and pipe networks.
Create and customize Civil 3D assemblies to match project-specific cross-section requirements.
Support and enforce project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in compliance with ISO 19650 and client requirements.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy, coordination, and integration across disciplines.
Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve design conflicts in early project phases.
Ensure models are aligned with correct coordinate systems, surface data, and infrastructure standards.
Participate in quality assurance checks, data audits, and continuous model development throughout project lifecycle.
Prepare and coordinate for MIDP, TIDP expected by the task teams.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure BIM coordination with a deep focus on Civil 3D.
Expert proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, including creation of custom subassemblies, corridor modeling, surfaces, and pipe networks.
Strong understanding of infrastructure design workflows, including roads, earthworks, utilities, and grading.
Experience implementing and managing ISO 19650-compliant BIM workflows.
Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and design review.
Familiarity with CDE platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud or ProjectWise.
Strong understanding of LOD requirements.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Experience on large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, ISO 19650 OPERAM Certified).
Experience with InfraWorks, Revit, Dynamo for Civil 3D, or custom scripting tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to train/mentor junior BIM team members.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
