Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back-End Developer with 4-5 years of professional experience to join our team. This is a remote position. The ideal candidate will have expertise in server-side development, database management, and system integration, ensuring the seamless functionality and performance of our web applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Development:
- Proficient in PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript for creating custom and WordPress websites.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices.
- Update and manage website content, including media, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Email Template Creation:
- Design and develop responsive email templates, specializing in compatibility with Gmail and Outlook platforms.
- Ensure email templates are visually appealing and functional across different email clients.

Dashboard Development:
- Create and manage dashboards for event leads, integrating export features for data analysis.
- Utilize tools or platforms to streamline dashboard development and improve data visualization.

Troubleshooting and Bug Fixes:
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and glitches within websites and applications.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.

SEO and Optimization:
- Implement on-page SEO strategies and best practices for improved search engine rankings.
- Optimize website performance and loading speed.

Technical Administration:
- Manage technical aspects of website operations, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
- Oversee server management, website backups, and security protocols.

Backend and Frontend Management:
- Administer backend operations and frontend user interfaces for various websites including Ventures Onsite, DCHUB, Ventures Middle East, Optimuz, Scavo, CTF Awards, CTF KSA, CTF UAE, DSCS.

Integration and Form Management:
- Integrate ZOHO and active campaign systems efficiently into the website structure.
- Configure and manage lead generation forms for effective user engagement and data collection.

Qualifications and Skills:
4-5 years of experience in back-end development and server-side programming. Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. Strong understanding of database management and optimization. Experience with dashboard creation and data visualization. Familiarity with integrating third-party systems such as ZOHO and Active Campaign. Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with the team.
