Job Title: Junior Developer

Design, build, and maintain user-facing products and backend services in Python, guide teams, and improve systems. Requires a bachelor's in CS, 3+ years in software development, FastAPI is a plus.

Description

Design and build user-facing products: Owning the entire process from gathering functional requirements from teams, through testing and staging, to deploying in a Python-based stack.

Guide the team in making technical trade-offs: Proactively identify bottlenecks, areas for improvement, and put forth a plan to course-correct.

Design and implement maintainable backend services: Including data processing pipelines, APIs, and internal tools. Adding new features and improving the functionality of existing systems.

Coordinate with internal teams: To understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree: In computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience: With software development, preferably in Python. Experience working with FastAPI is an advantage.
