Job Title: Back End Developer

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of backend development experience with a portfolio demonstrating scalable financial applications.
Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Frameworks and Libraries: Extensive experience with Node.js and Express.
Databases: Proficient in SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB) databases with Knex.js experience preferred.
Cloud Services: Familiarity with Firebase and other cloud services platforms.
API Development: Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Security: Knowledge of security practices such as OAuth, JWT and encryption techniques particularly in financial contexts.
Version Control: Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Adaptability: Flexible and quick to adapt to new technologies and evolving project requirements.

Collaborate closely with frontend developers, designers, and product managers for seamless integration.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for backend architectures, codebases, and APIs.
Stay updated with new technology trends and best practices in backend development, especially in the fintech sector.
