POSITION OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a talented and passionate Android Developer to join our mobile development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Kotlin skills and experience with React Native for cross-platform development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and build high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly Android applications using Kotlin.
Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Optimize application performance and ensure a smooth user experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Android and mobile development trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as an Android Developer with a strong portfolio of Kotlin and React Native projects.
Strong proficiency in Kotlin and experience with Android frameworks (e.g., Android SDK, Jetpack).
Solid understanding of React Native and its core principles.
Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with Java.
Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices.
Experience with automated testing (e.g., JUnit, Espresso, Jest).
Understanding of the mobile development lifecycle.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
