Job Description:

We are searching for a talented and motivated Android Developer to join our growing mobile team. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our e-commerce Android app, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with other engineers to translate innovative features into reality.

Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the development lifecycle for assigned features within the Android application, including design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and bug fixing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user stories and product requirements focused on e-commerce functionalities (e.g., product browsing, search, shopping cart, checkout, payment integration).
Develop user-friendly UI components and optimize performance for a seamless shopping experience across all Android devices.
Integrate with various e-commerce APIs and services.
Optimize app performance and ensure a smooth user experience across different Android devices.
Write tests for code quality, stability, and security.
Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Android development landscape, particularly those relevant to e-commerce apps.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
1-3 years of experience developing Android applications.
Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
Strong understanding of Android SDK, UI frameworks and design patterns.
Experience with integrating with e-commerce APIs and services is a plus.
Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
Experience with version control systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Passion for building high-quality and user-friendly mobile applications.
