We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to deliver exceptional user interfaces and experiences. Responsibilities: 1. User Research: · Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences. · Analyze and interpret data from user feedback, surveys, and analytics. 2. Wireframing and Prototyping: · Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows. · Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing. 3. User Interface Design: · Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. · Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms. 4. Usability Testing: · Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on prototypes and implemented designs. · Use findings to refine and improve designs for optimal user experience. 5. Collaboration: · Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with project goals and timelines. · Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams. 6. Stay Current with Design Trends: · Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices. · Continuously improve skills and stay updated on the latest design tools and methodologies. 7. Documentation: · Create and maintain design documentation, including design specifications and guidelines. · Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. 8. Accessibility: · Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards, making digital products inclusive and user-friendly for all. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering or a related field. · Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. · Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. · Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. · Portfolio showcasing previous design projects and problem-solving skills.
