Job Description
Location: Al Ittihad Road, Port Saeed P.O. Box: 122626 | Dubai – UAE.
Job Timing: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM – Monday to Friday

Job Description:
1. Creative / out of the box thinking and design capabilities in 3D and 2D
2. Create corporate event stages / Exhibit stall designs and social events designs
3. Conceptualising by studying relevant information and materials.
4. Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
5. Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
6. Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
7. Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
8. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
9. Communicating with design team about layout and design.
10. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop.
11. Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
12. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field is desirable.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a 3D designer or in related field.
• Proficiency in programs such as 3D Max / Maya / AutoCAD / Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Conceptualisation / Visualisation skills
• A strong eye for visual composition and attention to detail
• Real-world production knowledge
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.
• Willing to work flexible hours, especially closer to event dates.
• Good intra and inter departmental coordination.
• Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
• Experience with both print and digital media.
