After nearly a decade of introducing Australian fashion labels to Malaysian consumers through August Store, entrepreneur Vivian Quah is embarking on a new chapter with Le Bon Aout. This new venture is not just a conventional multi-brand retailer; rather, it is an exploration of sensory experiences that blend fashion, beauty, wellness, and food seamlessly under one roof.

Quah's vision for Le Bon Aout stems from the realization that fashion enthusiasts often appreciate other forms of aesthetic and sensory pleasures, such as gourmet food, beautiful objects, and wellness products. Her aim is to create a space where consumers can explore these interests concurrently, discovering new designers, buying fresh produce, picking up wellness products, and enjoying a pastry, all in a single visit.

The concept space includes a marche, or market, featuring a curated selection of design-led brands that reflect the spirit of modern living through food, creativity, and ritual. Additionally, a showroom space is dedicated to contemporary fashion and regional designers, hosting rotating trunk shows, seasonal edits, and designer collaborations. Quah leverages her extensive industry relationships and travel experiences to continually evolve the selection of brands and products.
