We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong experience in interactive application and game interface design to join our Dubai-based team for a four-week contract engagement. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing the next evolution of immersive digital experiences, contributing to the visual and experiential language of large scale real estate virtual twins.

We work with world leading organisations, focusing on real estate, leveraging appropriate technology to engage audiences using real-time games platforms delivering across the entire range of xR platforms.

Your role will include:

User Research & Experience Strategy: Conduct in-depth research to understand user needs, behaviors, and journeys; define clear, actionable experience flows and touchpoints for varied audiences.

Experience & Interface Design: Translate concepts into precise wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows; design intuitive, visually refined interfaces optimized for real-time 3D environments.

Iteration & Validation: Rapidly prototype, test, and refine designs through stakeholder and user feedback, ensuring usability and experience quality are continuously improved.

Collaboration & Emerging Platforms: Partner with creative, development, and 3D teams to realize design intent in-engine; apply UI/UX thinking to immersive and multi-device experiences (VR, AR, desktop, and touchscreen).

You should have:

Experience: Proven background in interactive apps, games, or digital twin design, with hands-on use of Unreal, Unity, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Design Skills: Strong grasp of information architecture, motion, and interaction design, with familiarity in VR/AR and spatial UI principles.

Execution: Clear communicator able to document intent and deliver high-quality work independently in fast-paced environments.
