We are currently looking for an experienced individual to join our clients as an Associate Design Director in Dubai. Our client is an established developer specializing in high-luxury projects globally who at present due to the high volume of work require an Associate Design Director to manage their growing pre-concept team.

Salary:
AED 40,000 to 55,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
To be considered for the Associate Design Director role you must have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a concept architect, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of Rhino would be advantageous
- International experience – GCC experience would be ideal, but not essential
- Experience in either residential, commercial, mixed-use and hospitality architecture
- Ability to create strong concept designs and provide innovative design solutions
- Demonstrate strong concept sketching skills
- Extensive knowledge of design principles, building materials, construction techniques, and local building codes
- Ability to lead and manage a team and multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
